Take an afternoon nap! It is no secret that a 15 minutes nap in the afternoon can help you bring back energy when feeling drained! Some companies place at disposal nap rooms. If not, lounge chairs or calm area will also do. Isolate yourself for a while and put on your favourite music through headphones! Don’t forget your alarm clock to get back to work! Tips: book a meeting room in your office at lunch break. Usually, nobody wants to have a meeting during lunch break ;)!
